Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping (Kuwait) We deliver to all areas within Kuwait, including Kuwait City, Hawally, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer.

International Shipping (GCC Countries) We currently ship to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.

We do not ship to countries subject to OFAC sanctions or international trade restrictions, in accordance with Kuwaiti law.

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from shipping date

GCC Countries

  • International Express Shipping via DHL Express and ARAMEX
  • Full shipment tracking available
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from shipping date

Shipping Costs

Kuwait (Domestic)

  • Free shipping on orders over 20 KWD
  • Orders below 20 KWD: 1.5 KWD – 5 KWD (based on delivery location and package weight)
  • Final shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout

GCC Countries (International) Shipping fees depend on destination country, package weight and dimensions, and delivery area classification.

Estimated ranges:

  • Saudi Arabia: 5 – 12 KWD
  • UAE: 5 – 10 KWD
  • Bahrain: 4 – 8 KWD
  • Oman: 6 – 12 KWD
  • Qatar: 5 – 10 KWD

Remote areas may incur additional charges. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Kuwait orders: 1–2 business days
  • GCC orders: 2–3 business days

Business days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday is a public holiday in Kuwait). Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Kuwait Time) are processed the same day.

Kuwait (from shipping date)

  • Kuwait City and nearby areas: 1–2 business days
  • Other governorates: 2–3 business days

GCC Countries (from shipping date)

  • Saudi Arabia: 3–5 business days
  • UAE: 3–4 business days
  • Bahrain: 2–3 business days
  • Oman: 4–5 business days
  • Qatar: 3–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

International Orders – Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and clearance charges applicable in their country. Hayat Organic does not cover customs fees, control clearance times, or guarantee duty-free delivery. Customs clearance may add 1–5 business days to delivery time.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address including block, street, and building/house number, and ensure your phone number is active. If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be returned and re-delivery fees will apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, do not accept it, take photos, and contact us immediately. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours. Verified lost or damaged shipments will be replaced or refunded.
