Free Shipping

  • Orders over 30 KWD qualify for free standard shipping
  • Applicable across all regions in Kuwait

Standard Shipping Fees

  • Orders below 30 KWD: 1.5 KWD – 5 KWD
  • Fees depend on delivery location and package weight
  • Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout

GCC Countries (International)

Shipping fees depend on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Delivery area classification

International Orders – Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Import fees and clearance charges

Hayat Organic does not cover customs fees, control clearance times, or guarantee duty-free delivery.
Customs clearance may add 1–5 business days to delivery time.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Provide a complete and accurate address
  • Include block, street, and building/house number
  • Ensure your phone number is active
  • Provide an alternative contact if possible

If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be returned and re-delivery fees will apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept it
  • Take photos
  • Contact us immediately

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours.
Verified lost or damaged shipments will be replaced or refunded.
